Power Transmission Line Hot-dip Galvanized U-bolts and Nuts Stainless Steel CNC U-Shaped Bolt for Electrical Accessories

The U bolts are made of hot-dip galvanized steel. U Type Bolt used as connecting fittings for suspension set, it depends on bolts connection method to fix with cross arm of pole& tower, and simplify the cross arm construction. The one end of U type boltis in the connection way of circle to connect with insulation strings, so that can form the flexible turning point. The disavantage is bearing tensile load by thread, and it easily cause fatique damage accident after a long time operation. UJ type bolt added something under the thread, so it can counteract the bending moment which occured in horizontal load. U type bolt only applicable for using on earthing wire and small section area conductors.
