Signal words
The signal words "danger," "warning" and "caution" used in this manual indicate the degreeof hazard that may be encountered by the user. These words are defined as:
Danger - Indicates an imminently hazardous situation that, if not avoided,will result in death or serious injury.
Warning - Indicates a potentially hazardous situation that, if not avoided,could result in death or serious injury.
Caution - Indicates a potentially hazardous situation that, if not avoided, may result in minor or moderate injury.
Caution (without safety alert symbol) -Indicates a potentially hazardous situation that, ifnot avoided, may result in property damage.

Summary
With the rapid development of computer technology, transducer technology, and network
communication, the power system network has advanced requirements. As a result, using primary equipment with single functionality has become inconvenient. To address this issue, it is necessary to develop intelligent integration switches based on terminals for the entire power system. Our
company has developed the SFE Series, an intelligent integration outdoor AC high voltage vacuum circuit recloser, which is an upgrade from outdoor vacuum circuit breakers. Our reclosers comply with relevant standards, making them a reliable choice.

Before using reminding
To ensure the highest level of quality and performance, the SFE Series switch undergoes thorough factory adjustment and sealing. Additionally, we provide a cable connector assembly that allows for easy interconnection of wiring to the SFE switch. For added flexibility, we also offer optional accessories such as potential transformers or surge arresters that can be supplied with the switch.

Transport, Lifting, flitting notice
4.2 Transport
During transportation, the SFE circuit breaker is securely packed in a seaworthy manner and
positioned in the "OPEN" state. The circuit breaker is usually packed in one case with the
electronic control cabinet, while the steel support fittings and other accessories are packed in a separate case. The following documents are also included with the SFE breaker: instruction
manual, factory test certificates, drawings, and a packing list.
It is important to transport the circuit breakers only in their packed condition, taking necessary precautions to ensure safe and damage-free transportation.
. Ensure that packing cases are not placed on wet surfaces / waterlogged areas.
. Breakers should not be stacked one over the other.
4.3 Receipt & Storage prior to installation
Store the breaker indoors with complete packing to protect it from direct sunlight, rain, or snow.
The breaker can be stored for up to 3 months from the date of shipment from the factory. For longer storage, remove the packing and store the breaker in a controlled environment with a leakproof roof, solid and flat ground, relative humidity below 50%, and temperature of 20°C (±10°C).

7.2 CH-42 type electronic controller side cable defination
Main cable 10pins and 6 pins connect to SFE circuit breaker unit. Plastic connector is prepared for PT auxiliary power incoming and RTU connection. Note: Both of the CH-42 circuit and controller has the grounding M12 bolt, Pls link it to earth suitable.
Wiring principle of recloser
Note: Power supply PT rated voltage is according to HV side rated voltage and LV side controllerusing. Standard Low voltage side requirement is 220Vac, 500VA. Special requirement PLS consult with SHUANGFENG Electrical.
